One of the goals of the Early Career Research Faculty Forum is to promote conversation and peer-mentoring between junior faculty members, as well as to provide resources from leaders within the Great Plains IDeA-CTR network. In this thread, please post any questions or comments that you have related to navigating an early research career. The ECRFF moderators will serve as liaisons between the Forum members and experts to seek answers and suggestions to the questions/comments brought forward here, and will try to garner adequate responses to all topics posed. We also strongly encourage you to reply to others’ comments or questions.
