Behavioral Health (BH) Screening in Primary Care

As part of the Tele-Behavioral Health Consultation (TBHC) Webinar Series, “Behavioral Health (BH) Screening in Primary Care” will be presented on Wednesday, June 24^th from 12 to 12:45pm. Therese Mathews, PhD, APRN-NP, BCBA-D, Associate Professor in the College of Nursing at UNMC will discuss the rationale for BH screening in primary care, including benefits and limitations, list available free and low-cost screening tools for common child and adolescent issues, including developmental delay, autism, and depression, and discuss strategies for implementing screening in a pediatric primary care setting.
