COVID-19: Learning As We Go Webinar

The Center for Continuing Education at UNMC is coordinating a COVID-19 webinar series intended for physicians, nurses and other health care professionals throughout Nebraska and the region who care for COVID-19 patients. Next in this webinar series, “Racial Disparities in COVID-19: A National Emergency” will be presented by Jasmine Marcelin, MD, on Thursday, July 9^th at 1pm, via Zoom. Virtual attendees will learn about current racial and ethnic disparities emerging from the COVID-19 pandemic, review the historic context and current situation leading to these disparities, and identify actions to address these disparities. New webinars will be added as more information and research becomes available, with the goal of ensuring that primary care providers and critical access hospitals are equipped to manage patients with COVID-19.
