Gene Therapy Webinar

The American Brain Coalition (ABC) is hosting an educational webinar on Wednesday, October 16^th from 2pm to 3pm. “Gene Therapy: 101” will feature Dr. Nancy Kuntz, Attending Neurologist at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago, as well as patient advocates: Erin Ward, President, MTM-CNM Family Connection and Marie Wood, Vice President, MTM-CNM Family Connection. Gene therapy has been studied for more than 40 years and can help stop or slow the effects of disease on the most basic level of the human body – our genes. The ABC, in partnership with American Society of Gene & Cell Therapy and MTM-CNM Family Connection, invites you to participate in this educational webinar to learn the basics of gene therapy and how it works, along with hearing from patient advocates who are supporting families interested in gene therapy research to help treat their disease.
