Grant Writing Workshop: Taking It To The Next Level

Registration is open for a grant writing workshop on June 4^th from 8am to 11am at the College of Public Affairs and Community Service (CPACS) Collaborating Commons (132 and 132D) at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Led by Paul Casella, MFA, this course reviews the principles of effective grant writing to produce clear, direct, and compelling proposals, provides specific direction on how to best organize and format NIH applications, and includes exercises related to specific elements of a scientific proposal, particularly the Specific Aims page. The final hour of the workshop is dedicated to editing and feedback for attendees’ writing samples (samples should be sent to Paul Casella by May 31^st). There is no cost to attend.
