The College of Allied Health Professionals hosts Betsy Becker, PT, DPT, PhD, CLT-LAN, to present “Professional Networks of Early Career Faculty: How Does a Network Influence Scholarly Activity for Career Advancement” on Wednesday, June 16^th from 12 to 12:50pm via Zoom. Dr. Becker is an Associate Professor in the Division of Physical Therapy Education at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC). She serves as the DPT Program Director and Chair of the Department of Health and Rehabilitation Sciences. Her scholarly activity has focused on her clinical specialty of cancer rehabilitation, educational technology, and faculty development. She has published five peer-reviewed research manuscripts, one edited book and five book chapters, five invited international and eight national presentations, three peer-reviewed presentations at international conferences, six presentations at regional or national conferences, and one international and 25 poster or platform presentations at national meetings.
