Seminar on Recruiting and Retaining Participants from Community-Based Samples

Join the Center for Patient, Family, and Community Engagement in Chronic Care Management (CENTRIC), the GP IDeA-CTR Network, and Niedfelt Nursing Research Center (NNRC) for a seminar entitled “Considerations for Recruiting and Retaining Participants from Community-Based Samples” on Tuesday, September 15th from noon to 1pm via Zoom. UNMC Recruitment Specialist, Dawn Nevarez, will discuss recruitment of special underserved populations. From the UNL Minority Health Disparities Initiative, Devan Crawford will address the retainment of study participants. Kara Smith, Project Coordinator from the College of Allied Health Professions at UNMC will provide guidance for using research recruitment requests functionality in Epic as a recruitment strategy.
