Sexual & Gender Minority (SGM) Research Symposium & NIH SGM Research Investigator Awards

The Sexual & Gender Minority Research Office is excited to announce the first-ever NIH Sexual & Gender Minority (SGM) Research Symposium. This symposium, which will be held on Thursday, September 17^th from 10am to 2:45pm (CT), will mark the 5th anniversary of the creation of the SGMRO and will also include the 2020 NIH SGM Research Investigator Awards Program. The symposium will highlight scientific lectures from the NIH Intramural Research Program, SGM Administrative Supplement grantees, and the 2020 awardees of the NIH SGM Research Investigator Awards. Listed in this event notice are only two of the 8 speakers for this symposium. This day-long symposium will be held virtually via Webex and registration is required in order to participate.
