The Great Plains IDeA-CTR is committed to fostering collaborative partnerships between researchers, healthcare providers, and community members to advance clinical and translational research (CTR). Our mission is to enhance recruitment and retention of varying populations in research studies by integrating community-engaged research principles into every facet of our initiatives.
Our approach emphasizes multidirectional communication, allowing us to identify, prioritize, and elevate health concerns directly from the community. By fostering open dialogue and disseminating findings effectively, we ensure that research outcomes are accessible and beneficial to all stakeholders involved.

Nebraska Rural Engagement and Wellness Summit Recap

Great Plains IDeA-CTR Community Engagement and Outreach Core and Nebraska Extension co-hosted the Nebraska Rural Engagement and Wellness Summit in Kearney to focus on strengthening rural health and well-being across our state.
The day featured engaging keynotes, flash talks, and lively discussions that sparked ideas and collaboration among community leaders, researchers, and health professionals.
