  Awardees receive up to $50,000 for one year, as well as access to resources of the Great Plains IDeA-CTR to support these research efforts.

  The research scholars program provides an integrated program of education, training and career development activities.
- Early Career Investigator Program
  The program provides up to $30,000 over two years and helps early faculty develop an R or K award or equivalent research application.
- Mini Sabbatical Program
  The Mini Sabbatical program allows clinical and translational research faculty to participate in short-term research immersion opportunities.
