Harvard Virtual Symposium 2020

The i2b2 tranSMART Foundation, in cooperation with the Department of BioMedical Informatics (DBMI) of the Harvard University Medical School, will hold its June Symposium virtually on June 11th and 12th. The format this year will be very different as it will be totally virtual. That means that presentations and discussions will be conducted using Zoom and will include updates on the Foundation, discussions on the platforms of the Foundation (i2b2 and tranSMART), and they have created a new extended agenda that will include presentations on several COVID-19 projects that are using the platforms of the Foundation and related projects. Keynote speaker will be Chief Commons Officer at Sage Bionetwork, John Wilbanks, who will present “Sharing on a Spectrum: Building an Ethical Data Commons in a Pandemic.” Learn more, view the agenda, and register (optional) for the symposium using THIS LINK.
