Language for citing the GP IDeA-CTR
Please use the following language to cite the Network in your publication, presentation, press release, or RFA:
“The project described is supported by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences, U54 GM115458, which funds the Great Plains IDeA-CTR Network. The content is solely the responsibility of the authors and does not necessarily represent the official views of the NIH.”

Did you receive an award from the IDeA-CTR?
- Pilot Award
- Scholar Award
- CTR Superstar
- Voucher for service/core facility
Did you use a GP IDeA-CTR service, resource, or core? For example:
- Participated in a Research Studio
- Regulatory or recruitment consultation with our CTR Resource Navigator
- Used or consulted with an IDeA-CTR core/KCA:
- Biomedical Informatics & Cyberinfrastructure
- Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Research Design
- Community Engagement & Outreach
- Professional Development
- Use of the Siemens 3T MRI at UNMC or other funded equipment
- Use of the UNMC EHR Data Access Core, Nebraska Biobank, and/or CRANE
Is a portion of your time supported by the GP IDeA-CTR?
- Faculty supported by the GP IDeA-CTR must acknowledge the grant in all publications related to their role on the grant
- Publications that are unrelated to the faculty member’s funded role with the GP IDeA-CTR may also be acknowledged but at the discretion of the researcher or faculty member
Complying with the NIH Public Access Policy
The NIH requires peer-reviewed manuscripts supported by the GP IDeA-CTR to cite the grant number and comply with the NIH Public Access policy by uploading manuscripts into PubMed Central (PMC). Manuscripts should be submitted to the NIH Manuscript Submission System (NIHMS) within three months of acceptance of publication.
