CoNDA Center Mini-Symposium

The Cognitive Neuroscience of Development and Aging (CONDA) Center is hosting a mini-symposium on Friday, March 19th from 11am to 2pm via Zoom. “Translational Research in Neurocognitive Disorders” will feature three expert presenters who will discuss research in topics like Tauopathies, Alzheimer’s Disease, and Autism. Carlos Portera-Cailliau, MD, Professor in the departments of Neurology and Neurobiology at the David Geffen School of Medicine in University California Los Angeles, will present “Interneuron Dysfunction in Autism.” Brian Bacskai, PhD, Professor at the Massachusetts General Hospital East Institute for Neurodegenerative Diseases, will present “In Vivo Optical Imaging of Pathophysiology in Mouse Models of Alzheimer’s Disease.” Karen Duff, PhD, the Centre Director at the UK Dementia Research Institute at University College London, will present “Pathogenic Mechanisms in the Tauopathies.” Use THIS LINK to access the mini-symposium via Zoom at the start time of the event (passcode: 200557).
