Department of Neurological Sciences Grand Rounds

Olga Taraschenko, MD, PhD, Assistant Professor of Neurological Sciences at UNMC, and Stephen Gliske, PhD, Assistant Professor of Internal Medicine at UNMC will present “Long-term Seizure Detection, Seizure Cycling and Forecasting” on Thursday, March 25^th from 11:50 to 12:50pm. Drs. Taraschenko and Gliske will review the cardinal features of long-term seizure detection and EEG monitoring in ambulatory settings, detail the existing mobile health devices for epilepsy patients, and review the principles of seizure periodicity and seizure forecasting.
