James Morley, MD, PhD, Co-Director of the Philadelphia VA Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Neurology at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, will present “Drug-induced Parkinsonism: A Canary in the Coal Mine” on Thursday, May 27^th from 11:55am to 1pm via Zoom. In this presentation, Dr. Morley will discuss common risk factors, causative agents and clinical presentations in drug-induced Parkinsonism, the treatment and clinical outcomes in drug-induced Parkinsonism, and the evidence for drug-induced Parkinsonism as a prodromal manifestation neurodegenerative disease.
