Linking Research to Rural Communities Webinar

On March 31^st at 12pm (CST), this webinar will expand upon the October 2019 Rural Monitor article, NIH National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences: Involving Rural America in Research. “Linking Research to Rural Communities with the NIH National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences” includes a discussion with the article’s author as well as leaders from the NCATS Division of Clinical Innovation and the Arkansas Clinical Translational Science Award (CTSA) hub. Speakers will describe their efforts to tackle rural health disparities by including rural communities in clinical and public health research, highlighting potential opportunities for rural health stakeholders to be an integral part of bringing new medical discoveries and medical technology to their rural patients.
