Diego R. Torres-Russotto, MD, FAAN, Professor and Vice-Chair for Education in the Department of Neurological Sciences at UNMC, will present “What Drive Orthostatic Tremor: Postural Instability or Basophobia?” on Wednesday, February 10^th at noon via Zoom. Dr. Torres-Russotto will focus on the main clinical characteristics of Orthostatic Tremor (OT), the important knowledge gaps in our understanding of the pathophysiology of OT, the research difficulties around the issue of balance evaluation of OT, the results of standardized Psychiatric screening tools results in patients with OT, and the relationship between anxiety and postural control.
