Mind Brain Health Seminar Series

Bethany Lowndes, PhD, MPH, CPE, Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurological Sciences at UNMC, and Victoria Kennel, PhD, Assistant Professor in the Department of Allied Health Professions Education, Research, and Practice at UNMC, will present “Integrating Human Factors Engineers and Industrial Organizational Psychologists into Healthcare Delivery Research and Practice” during the next Mind Brain Health Seminar on Wednesday, May 26^th from noon to 1pm via Zoom. Dr. Lowndes and Kennel will discuss the similarities and differences between the fields of Industrial Organizational (I-O) Psychology and Human Factors Engineering and identify opportunities to collaborate with I-O psychologists and human factors engineers to improve healthcare delivery.
