Single Cell Sequencing using the Chromium System

The University of North Dakota Genomics Core in collaboration with the Epigenetics Group is organizing a day long training on single cell capabilities using the Chromium system. This will take place on August 15^th from 9am to 4pm at the UND School of Medicine and Health Science (room TBD). There will be an introduction to the Chromium system, a round table session for Graduate students and Post-Docs and Loupe Cell Browser (software used for the analysis for the single cell system) training.
