The Evaluation of Health Care Environments Using Human Factor Methods

Jeff Caird, PhD, is a Professor in the Department of Psychology and an Adjunct Professor in the Departments of Anesthesiology and Community Health Sciences at the University of Calgary. He will present “The Evaluation of Health Care Environments Using Human Factor Methods” on April 29^th at noon in the Mind Brain Health Lab (CDN, Suite 145) at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. His broad areas of research are in transportation and health care human factors. Integral research and translation goals include the design of devices, environments and systems that reduce injuries and fatalities and improve the quality of life.
