Hearing on COVID-19 Impact on Cognitive Disorders

On Monday, January 25^th at noon (CT), the Advisory Council on Alzheimer’s Research, Care, and Services will hear presentations on the impact of COVID-19 on people with dementia, health disparities in dementia research, and the implications of new technologies to identify Alzheimer’s disease through a blood tests. Dr. Holly Massett, Senior Advisor for Clinical Research Recruitment & Engagement in NIA’s Division of Extramural Activities, will also be making a presentation on NIA’s clinical trial recruitment activities as part of this meeting.
