NIH All of Us Research Initiative: Using the Data Workbench

January 25, 2021 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm UTC-6

At the moment, health care is often one-size-fits-all, but imagine a future where your healthcare is tailored to you. We want to make that future possible by promoting a resource that allows researchers to conduct thousands of studies on health and disease using a database that is representative of the population.

The National Institute of Health has spearheaded the All of Us initiative to build a diverse health database so that researchers may study how factors such as our background, environment, and lifestyle impact why we get sick or stay healthy. The goal of All of Us is to advance precision medicine so that researchers can study the factors that affect our health and find better ways to tailor care.

Join us on Monday, January 25th from 11am to noon as we explore the research opportunities provided by this initiative. We invite all clinical and translational researchers as well as community members to join us in an interactive virtual presentation to learn more about the All of Us Research Program and Researcher Workbench.
