The Minority Tax Phenomenon

On Wednesday, April 28th from 4 to 5pm, Ashlei Spivey will speak about the “minority tax” – the burden of extra responsibilities placed on minorities in the name of diversity. Ashlei is the founder of I Be Black Girl (IBBG), a collective that supports Black women, femmes and girls to grow, give, connect and take action.
