Souparno Ghosh, PhD, an Associate Professor of Statistics in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Texas Tech University, will present “Data Fusion, Feature Selection, and Inference using Multivariate Random Forests” on May 13^th from 11am to 12pm at the Maurer Center for Public Health (room 3013) on the University of Nebraska Medical Center campus. Dr. Ghosh will review novel machine learning methodology for inference and prediction, combining data from multiple sources, and validation on pharmacogenomics databases.
